On February 28 we welcomed Paul and Chris Norbet from Belleville, IL to "The Lodge." They arrived mid-morning on Saturday but didn't stay long as they were out the door to attend one of many football matches. I am pretty sure Paul and Chris saw more live football in one week than I will likely see in my entire stay in London. They stayed out in Bolton until March 4, when they returned to "The Lodge" for more football, sightseeing and time with Team Mueller. My favorite day was our afternoon at the Borough Market...we ate and drank our way through the market and had a lot of laughter along the way.
We had a great visit with these dear friends of the Muellers. It was such fun to have familiar, friendly faces around the kitchen table for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine before bed.
We sure hope to welcome more visitors soon!
